you have truly been a Blessing to your home town of Newark and to all other surrounding areas of the 10th Congressional District. You have been an inspriation to all you have come into contact with. You walked with a City, a People, and a legacy that will be hard to undo. He walked quietly with a big STICK and carried it well.We Thank you Payne Family for sharing your father, uncle, cousin, grandfather, and a host of other with us. He will surely be missed in the MIGHTY SOUTH WARD!!!!!!!!
