Gotta Watch: Hungry, hungry feeding frenzy

Unless you've grown up watching "The Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin religiously, or are a big fan of TV wildlife shows, chances are you haven't been up close and personal when it's feeding time out in the wild.

In today's Gotta Watch, we want to show you what happens when schools of sea creatures all get hungry at the same time.

When sharks get hungry

A large school of sharks off the coast of Perth, Australia, go on a feeding frenzy. Watch here as Australia's Network Ten catches this from a helicopter as the feared creatures of the sea pounce on food, and while doing so, on each other.

2010: Gator feeding frenzy on tape

One March morning in 2010, Ray Cason decided to take his boat out to go fishing. What he didn’t expect to see was a gator feeding frenzy. He caught the chaos on tape. If you've never seen this many gators together, watch it here!

2007: When fish attack

Now for some fish that are on frenzy, but not of the feeding variety. CNN’s David Mattingly was reporting on the ecological danger of Asian carp back in 2007 when the easily agitated fish started attacking him on his boat. David got hit by a 10-pound carp not once, but twice! It’s just something you have to see to believe.

    Same results as the latest rounds of human invasive species to America, polluting us with their filthy demonic religions (Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism).

      Buddhism? Really? One of the most peaceful, tolerant belief systems there is? I wish we were "polluted" with Buddhism rather than hateful, psycho christianity! You're an idiot.

    @Griff

    Go back to watching the sharks, man. Tha'll keep you quiet. Less pollution.

    No matter how fascinating these wild life chronicles may be, at times one gets to shudder at nature's way of keeping all in balance.

    So there was this helicopter pilot who once was fascinated with a school of sharks going apeshlt over something in the water. Hypnotically, he just watched this horrid display for hours on end, until finally...

    I'd love to dalphins. Robin Williams did a National Geographic special on them; funny, touching, and peacful. 🙂
