10:30 am ET - Romney health care event - On the second anniversary of the Affordable Care Act becoming law, GOP candidate Mitt Romney will call for its repeal at an event in Metairie, Louisiana.  He'll also discuss energy policy in Shreveport at 3:40 pm ET.

11:00 am ET - Santorum rally - GOP hopeful Rick Santorum rallies supporters in West Monroe, Louisiana.  He'll hold similar events in Shreveport at 2:30 pm ET and Pineville at 8:00 pm ET.

11:00 am ET - Gingrich talks energy - GOP candidate Newt Gingrich talks energy policy at an event in Port Fourchon, Louisiana.  He'll also hold a town hall-style meeting in New Orleans at 5:00 pm ET.

12:20 pm ET - Biden discusses economy - Vice President Biden is in Coconut Creek, Florida, where he will deliver remarks on the economy.

12:30 pm ET - White House briefing - Spending and the economy will likely dominate Press Secretary Jay Carney's agenda with the White House press corps. Live is your home for breaking news as it happens.

    An old blind man walks into a store with his seeing eye dog. Once in the store, the man starts swinging the dog around. Upset by this the store owner asks him what he is doing. The old man replies, I'm just looking around.
