Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky briefly appeared in a Pennsylvania courtroom Thursday before the judge adjourned the hearing, saying that court decisions will be postponed because the grand jury investigation is still ongoing.
Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge John Cleland said deliberations Thursday would be "premature," after Sandusky's attorney called for child sex abuse charges to be dropped over a lack of more specific evidence regarding the alleged victims.
Attorney Joe Amendola also withdrew motions accusing police of entering Sandusky's home illegally.

How come I didn't get any grand jury or federal indictments? Is Sandusky more important? Of more value? Sure, Sandusky had his way with a few Americans. But not nearly 3,000! Let's see some US court activity involving 9/11... with judges and a juries, with witnesses being called/subpoenaed. With evidence being layed-out in a courtroom. You know. The way we did things before we just assassinated well known suspects.
Hes the ongoing probe, well noone else said it
It does not matter how many hottttt women are on campus ( you're kidding right?), it's about having control over a helpless being. He was caught in the act with an eye witness to the crime....burn in hell Sandusky!
I wonder y my comment wasn't posted. Maybe CNN felt my mention of the Chatholic church was to offensive for some readers to post. Maybe Sandusky will just be moved to a new location just like the priests that are caught doing the same thing. Its all sickening!

Sandusky is a predator that has had an eye witness to the horror he perpetuated on young boys over many years. I cannot believe that he is not in jail for these crimes. I also cannot believe how the Board of trustees convicted Joe Paterno for not fulfilling his moral obligation and firing him before there was any investigation and sentenced him to his broken hearted death and Sandusky is not sharing a prison cell with his latest conquest.
