Opposition: Syrian forces pummel Homs from the sky

Government helicopters pounded the besieged city of Homs from the sky, opposition activists said Sunday, three days after a so-called cease-fire in Syria.

In addition, "one bomb is being shelled every 10 minutes from the military academy, aiming at al-Wair neighborhood in Homs," said the Local Coordination Committees of Syria, a network of opposition activists.

At least nine people died across Syria on Sunday, including six in Homs, said the opposition Syrian Network for Human Rights. Two died in Aleppo a day after they were injured when regime forces opened fire at a funeral procession, the group said.

The latest reports of violence came three days after a deadline to stop the bloodshed and one day after the U.N. Security Council voted unanimously  to authorize unarmed observers to travel to Syria to monitor the shaky cease-fire.

US drove 3 million, maybe more, they did not round them up and deport them or send them back home vhke we in US DO the peoples of Haitti, what nation couldnot undergo some economic distress. It is not unknown for US to cause chaos in other nations, but from all reports by foreign presr even Al Jazeera is joining the bandwagon to depose present regime. With a change within Syria to a buddy to US/Israel lacky status the Palastinian/Gaza Final Solution will be easier and the destruction of any of their enemys will also proceed more rapidly. Iran will be even more isolated, while Turkeys hnfluence and stature will be increased in Euros eyes. Interesting Developments. Watch Israels land masr grow as not only Turkey is being touted as holer of a Buffer. And indeed Israel wants to reach its old borders clear to the Euphrates. and what can a bunch of neutered Syrians do to stop them.

One thing I would not do is plan on Lebanon as a vacation spot for at least the next year or two, and if I was a member of Hezbollah I would plan on takeing a vacation in a much safer Islamic country such as Afghanistan or Pakistan with a Taliban fighter. Watch for those groups 3 within Lebanon and the ones the Saudis support to begin to raise hell when Syrian situation settles down a bit. The Lebanon miitary is euen more dependent upon US equipment and have had more US traing of its officer corp tnan when Israel attacjed Hezbolla last time. The People of Lebanons Government and military may not resist Israeli attacks and just let Israel get rid of them. Follow the trends and the flow of US State Dept individuals and the groups they support, before they catch us by suprise.

Hezbollah and the Iranian clerics give Islam a very very bad name. Their regard for human life and respect for their fellow man is zero.

They are power hungry zealots, prepared to kill and commit mass murder to retain power.
