Gotta Watch: Naked in public

A man in Portland, Oregon stripped naked in an airport last night to protest the screening process. Whether you think he's a hero or just plain crazy, he definitely tops our list of awkward TSA patdowns. He’s certainly not the first person to have an awkward encounter in a state of undress. You’ve Gotta Watch these uncomfortable moments in public nudity history.

Naked TSA patdown

When a 50-year-old man felt that TSA screeners were “harassing” him at the Portland International Airport, he decided to strip down in protest. The police report said that some people “stepped out of the screening lanes to look, laugh and take photos.” Check out what they saw — if you dare.

Naked car chase

This woman reached 128 miles per hour in her car before getting pulled over by police. When she stepped out of the car, police were stunned to find that she was mostly naked. See how she acts in the back of the police car.

Naked on Wall Street

These performance artists tried “exposing” Wall Street with a naked protest. Their goal was to promote transparency, of course. Watch the stunt that shocked even the most hardened New Yorkers.

TSA Department is just another form of government control, charging more taxes to run a screening process that is a waste of time and money because 99% of terrorism comes from outside of the USA from Islamic extremists.

    Get rid of the TSA!!!

I think the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing might disagree with you. The fact is, no one can predict where crazy comes from, so they are lokoing for it everywhere. If you don't like it, drive your car, or stay at home.

It is also a clear violation of search and seizure laws. And they have not stopped anything. The shoe bomber and the underwear bomber made it thru. And to your critic, the Oklahoma bombing was government approved, just like 9-11. Arabs are afraid of America they are not dumb enough to attack us, it is all American run false flag ops.

What??!! 911 pilots boarded planes from within the US, the Underwear Bomber and Shoe Bomber targeted Americans on planes. And you want to get rid the TSA? We also used to have hijackings here, except now we don't – thanks TSA! Other countries still have hijackings, and guess what? No TSA! The FBI actually consideres hundreds of acts and attempted acts of violence to be terrorist attacks in the last 30 yrs, and most are DOMESTIC. Don't forget, in addition to religious zealots, we count as citizens some of the worst racists on the planet. And then there are the political extremists, such as those would shut down an entire agency and give the keys to our planes to terrorists.

I wish about 1 billion more people would protest the TSA and department of motherland security that are sucking up our tax dollars as they continue to infringe on our rights!

If everybody was doing the same (removing their clothes) the security people will serve no purpose to be there, the cameras were not needed, the lines will move a lot faster and they'll be a lot of happier passengers. I don't see the reason why this man is charged with anything.

Copy/paste is not our friend today.
I say this tongue-in-cheek, since I did it on another thread...but at least it was relevant *to* said thread....

So the man is overweight, so what? He was not posing for a magazine, he was protesting and more than half of the population in the USA is overweight.

I had a lady there search my bag for like 5 minutes "looking" for a lighter that I had in there, even checking behind the seams and everywhere a lighter wouldn't fit. Even though it's ok to carry lighters anyway. LOL.

I have no problem with TSA doing their job but the vast majority of TSA reps I've encounted at airports often do not look professional, behave professionally, talk professionally (where you can understand them), aren't paying attention to their jobs because they are so busy talking, etc...

If the fascists at tsa have the right to take nude pics of you, and touch you, then you should have the right to be fully nude.

People need to take it easy with these "forms of protest" against the TSA – lets face it – the TSA Agents are not the brightest of the bunch – but they have a job to do and they are doing it. And they are doing it to keep us safe. Let one bomb go off anywhere close to an airport and we will see why the TSA and what they do is necessary. We are not as safe as we think we are... and this TSA thing even of its ones a big public works project . It is keeping quite a few folks gainfully employed in a bad economy, I'm sure the majority of the TSA folks don't do this because their dream was to pat people down rather than go to college. So lets just chill.

The naked people? The TSA is definitely not protecting our lives. Preventing people from taking on more than 3 oz of liquids is not protecting our lives. Removing adult diapers is not protecting our lives.

WHY DON'T THESE TROUBLEMAKERS WANT TO BE SAFE? DON'T THEY KNOW THAT MAXIMUM GOOD CITIZEN POINTS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO THOSE WHO HAPPILY COOPERATE?
