New documents shed light on Trayvon Martin killing
New documents released today shed light on just what might have happened when George Zimmerman fatally shot Trayvon Martin, 17, in Sanford Florida earlier this year.
An autopsy report revealed traces of the drug THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, in Martin's blood at the time of his death - fueling more controversy in the already heavily debated circumstances of the killing.
Meanwhile, three police reports chronicled Zimmerman's injuries, officer's first impressions of the crime scene and claims that he was assaulted in the moments before shooting Martin dead. An EMS report and a lab report were made public describing injuries Zimmerman sustained during the melee.
Also released was an FBI analysis of the controversial 911 call, which caused speculation around the country about Zimmerman's potential use of a racial epithet to described the teen in the hooded sweatshirt.
Zimmerman has plead not guilty in the case, maintaining he shot Martin in self-defense during his shift on a neighborhood watch.
Bond for Zimmerman was originally set at $150,000 on April 20. Zimmerman's bond was revoked on June 1 and he was ordered to return to jail when a judge determined Zimmerman lied about his personal finances. A new bail hearing is sceduled for June 29.

Your "Secondly" is a blatant lie. His words were "I'm sorry your child is dead. Which in no way is an apology for defending himself against a drugged up 6' 3" attacker. It's like saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" which is no apology at all but many "less than intelligent people" take it as an opology and walk off until they later figure out they were duped.
Can the girlfriend testify HONESTLY as to what Zimmerman said before or after the telephone conversation? Can she testify as to what Zimmerman did say DURING the telephone converstion? I'll answer for you....... NO SHE CAN NOT. And that is what will come out in court as eveidence.

If this young man "broke Zimmerman's nose" and there are is no bruising around the eyes, no means shown to correct a break, etc....it has been known that there are "victims" who get people to corroborate injuries for them...remember the lady who killed her husband and then went on to bash her head, bruise her hands, etc., because she had been beaten by him....many things happened in the minds of people like zimmerman....Oh! Yes! it is known to happen....

The autopsy report said the shot was fired from within 36 inches. Three feet, not point blank which would have shown evidence that the shot was fired during a fight. You can't shoot someone on the ground and call it self defense. Zim was standing and the kid was on the ground when witnesses looked out after the shot.
The trial will give the details of exactly what position Travon was in when he was shot. Any way you look at it, Neighborhood Watch does not make you licensed to carry a gun or be deputized, it does not give you the authority to confront or detain, you are just a witness. If he just followed Travon at a distance to see where he was going none of this would have made the news. Evidence shows he followed and confronted, if he didn't, again, none of this would have made the news.

Point blank means that the target is not likely to be missed. Within 36" also includes measurements of 1" or even less.
You think about this.
You are lying on your back. Someone is bashing your head into the concrete. You get your gun and pull it up to your chest and fire. Distance from your chest to the person's stomach could be as little as 1" or as much as 24", if the person is sitting on your groin.
Furthermore, you say you can't shoot someone on the ground and call it self defense. Then you qualify it by saying after the shot was fired, witnesses showed Zimmerman standing up. This is another fail my friend. Zimmerman shot him Martin was on top of him. He shot him because he could not stop him. The shot stopped him, then he freed himself.
This entire case is a waste of time and is only occurring because of public pressure.
More facts will certainly come out, but based on the entire and unedited 911 calls, the media and also the prosecutor are misleading the public regarding Zimmerman's refusal to stop following Martin.
Everyone should understand that this case is extremely dangerous to our individual rights.

Bill from Rochester, get your facts straight because I do recall them saying Zimmerman weighed more than Trayvon. No one will ever know what happened, however, the FACT that the 911 operator instructed him not to pursue Trayvon and he did makes him guilty. He obviously has problems following instructions and since he did get out his car and follow him anyway making the situation worse...he killed the kid because he was mad Trayvon was whooping his a**.
Neighborhood watch doesn't give him the right to carry a gun but the State of Florida did!
I totally agree and I also want to add: If anyone is followed or stalked at night by someone they do not know or even identifies themselves how would you response? If anything Martin felt a sense apprehension and needed to defend himself or get out of the situation. This is very sad because this all could have been avoided if Zimmerman followed direction and did not let his prejudice or personal bias dictate his actions. It is foolish for him to cry self- defence when he instigated the whole situation.

what we still don't know is if or not Zimmerman was drunk on the night he killed Trayvon Martin. Was there any alcohol blood test made on Zimmerman by the Sanford Police?His Zimmerman addicted to alcohol? Why are we not getting all these Information
Why are you not listening? Maybe you think YOU are "not getting the information", but the rest of us who actually read the articles and listen to the media reports know that there was never any drug or alcohol testing done on Zimmerman that night.
One thing that we all have to look into here Independent of race, color or ethnicity is; is it alright for someone to kill any of our children with the pretence that he was defending him or herself and putting into wide scope the way the incident occurred and be sent free? I know of a case in Florida of a woman sentence to 20yrs of only just scaring her husband with a short of gun did not kill the husband and this same husband has been reported violence history by the police against his sentenced wife. And a 12yrs old boy that was charged for first degree murder for killing his little sister, locked up in adult jail and would not have probation if sentence. 12yrs old charged as an adult? Now Zimmer has done nothing wrong? What in the hell is wrong with America!!? Now just imagine that that woman was White and the 12yrs old boy was white but the fact here is that both the woman and that 12yrs old boy were both black….
