We first met in 81 an I enjoyed his friendship, his art and his love of life. He was a very giving person and did much for many charities. We traveled, sat on boards, and together gave each other many great memories. LeRoy, the world is a better place because of your life. God bless and Rest in peace my friend.

I recently heard that LeRoy Neiman died. My dad liked his paintings. He would see them in the ads in Playboy. He liked his work so much that in1965, when I was born, he named me after Mr. Neiman. The funny thing is, not knwing very much about who LeRoy Neiman was, I became artist myself, a sculptor. You can see my work at leroytransfield.com
