Federal agents seek help in identifying endangered teen
Federal agents in Minnesota are trying to solve a mystery in hopes of helping some children in a dangerous situation. Agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations are asking for the public's help in identifying a boy they believe to be in his teens seen in a Web-based video.
Asking for help in this way is unusual according to ICE spokesperson Shawn Neudauer.
“Issuing a public plea is an extraordinary step by ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations warranted by our belief that there may be young people at risk, without the ability to ask for law enforcement’s help," he said.
The child is thought to be between 13 and 19 and possibly has been in either Minnesota or western Wisconsin in the past 18 to 24 months. Agents think that by identifying the teen they will be able to help at least one other child out of a dangerous situation and possibly more.

Jacob would be an adult in his 20's by now. This person looks like a young tean. He still has a round face, typical of boys who haven't reached their late teens.

Why would they photoshop someone that they are trying to identify? That would defeat the whole purpose of locating people who might recognize him.

Part of getting people to care about something is giving them a story that's more then unidentified person might be in danger because we say so, maybe... possibly....

Exactly what kind of danger is he in? Total lack of information. What, is his dad a serial killer? Is his mom Susan Smith's sister? Did his ex girfriend hire a hitman? Was he abducted by aliens? Did the local priest kidnap him? Exactly what kind of danger is he in?
He is not in any danger. The stills are from a video where he gets naked waist down and is doing stuff to his younger sis (approx 4yrs). She isn't exactly putting up a struggle either. Several things happen in the 14 min vid then at the end I think someone comes homes coz he jumps up and gets dressed. The Feds deliberately word it to make it sound like he is in danger hoping that more people might ID him. Apparently he's 15. The actual child the Feds are saying is in danger is his sis.

Geez, people. Assume the obvious first.. this is a real kid and he needs real help. Maybe it's all proof-positive of conspiracy theory stuff or its media hype or it's Obama or it's whatever. Or maybe this is a real human being who's suffeing. I'd rather make a mistake attempting to help someone than make the mistake of ignoring someone in dire need.

You know its a shame hes not under 17...because here in America 17 is the legal age you are no longer considered a child.
If he is in danger.. I hope he gets help.. but seriously.. this sounds a bit fishy ... Of all the stories we read of children who are missing / in trouble .... they actually have a story and just tell it ... only thing you say here is that the boy is in danger ...
