Federal agents seek help in identifying endangered teen
Federal agents in Minnesota are trying to solve a mystery in hopes of helping some children in a dangerous situation. Agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations are asking for the public's help in identifying a boy they believe to be in his teens seen in a Web-based video.
Asking for help in this way is unusual according to ICE spokesperson Shawn Neudauer.
“Issuing a public plea is an extraordinary step by ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations warranted by our belief that there may be young people at risk, without the ability to ask for law enforcement’s help," he said.
The child is thought to be between 13 and 19 and possibly has been in either Minnesota or western Wisconsin in the past 18 to 24 months. Agents think that by identifying the teen they will be able to help at least one other child out of a dangerous situation and possibly more.

i have followed this case since it posted on the 20th... he hasnt stolen anything... he is a missing child... who was taken in 2010 he is believed to be with many other children who went missing around the same time... he needs to be found... they believe his first name is TYLER... They have gone as far as trying to figure out the image in the photo of him with his hands behind his back... he also is in a basement of a home... not a pop-up camper... not a bunker... and not a 5th wheel... why look at this case with a small mind... he is a missing child and there is someone out there praying for answers... grow up people... and if you care then you will post non negative comments

There's something they don't want you to know. This guy is not an innocent child, and is not missing or in danger. The only danger is the government doing this crazy manhunts in front of your eyes. That's why the Waco massacre happened. You believed the feds. First of all, how would they even know that he is missing, if they don;t even know who he is, that's why they want the public to identify him. If he was endangered how did they know? If he had let anyone know he was in trouble, he didn't say who he was or anything to help himself? This is just plain scary.
How is finding out his name going to be able to help find him – that is – if he really is a missing child. Makes no sense to me. With technology the way it is – this kid should be trackable through the website. Something doesn't make sense with this request. I'm not believing the reason they are looking for this information. Maybe the child was snuffed in the video, maybe the child committed a crime, but missing? Maybe the article should be more specific. I pray for the boy and his parents that he is safe and not in trouble.

I know who this child is and have identified him... He has a Facebook picture of himself wearing the EXACT same shirt. He is also under 18 so everyone needs to stop speculating that he is the suspect when he is clearly the victim in a dangerous situation. The Feds are only asking for identification to likely confirm his whereabouts and safety. I'm guessing that they found this picture in a pedophile's stash and just want to know if he is okay.
