Federal agents seek help in identifying endangered teen
Federal agents in Minnesota are trying to solve a mystery in hopes of helping some children in a dangerous situation. Agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations are asking for the public's help in identifying a boy they believe to be in his teens seen in a Web-based video.
Asking for help in this way is unusual according to ICE spokesperson Shawn Neudauer.
“Issuing a public plea is an extraordinary step by ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations warranted by our belief that there may be young people at risk, without the ability to ask for law enforcement’s help," he said.
The child is thought to be between 13 and 19 and possibly has been in either Minnesota or western Wisconsin in the past 18 to 24 months. Agents think that by identifying the teen they will be able to help at least one other child out of a dangerous situation and possibly more.

Ok, so when you look up the signs of FAS, it says the eyes are CLOSER together than normal. This kid's eyes are FARTHER apart than normal.
The FAS explanation doesn't hold water.
Another sign of FAS is smaller than normal eyes. This kid has LARGE eyes.
Also, why is Homeland Security involved?
The kid is an alien... or hybrid thereof.

Can we all get over his eyes? Who cares what his eyes look like. The fact of the matter here is that they need help looking for this kid, not to identify his birth defects.. If he is tied to a chair or is being held hostage of some sort how would the public see him? Being a mother myself, I pray that they find whatever it is that they are looking for.
Pretty hilarious all the people who are worried about him. You wouldn't be saying poor child if you knew why he is being sought.
We all know why he is being sought. The fact still remains this child IS still a VICTIM. I fear that if they have not found him yet, with all the coverage he may never be found.
I am pleading, please, this is someone's child!
Do not let whoever is doing this to him turn him into the bad guy. He is a victim, and so is the other party involved. That is what predators want, they want to make this child feel like he is in the wrong so he will never come forward. Please don't do that to him! He needs help, and at this point it may only come from him actually coming forward.
