Jury to begin second day of deliberations in Sandusky case

The jury considering the fate of Jerry Sandusky will reconvene Friday for a second day of deliberations.

Jurors deliberated until about 9:30 p.m. Thursday before breaking off, and will review testimony from two witnesses when they resume their duties Friday morning.

The former Penn State assistant football coach is charged with dozens of counts of child sexual abuse involving 10 alleged victims over a 15-year period.

Case went to the jury as new revelations came to light.

Matt Sandusky, one of six adopted children of Jerry Sandusky, 68, said through his attorney Thursday that he was sexually abused by the former Penn State assistant football coach, adding that he had been prepared to testify against him.

    Poor Matt... he probably knew what was going to happen in that shower... it's hard to believe none of his brothers suffered abuse.

    I was shocked, happy and mad when I heard this. Now I'm just sad.

    Way to go, Matt!

    There's no one to blame but the Saaandusties. Don't, ever forget that! Justice... it's a good thing.

    I think it's terrible that you're showing Sandusky's son's face on TV. You're respecting the privacy of the other victims. Please try to be more kind to this one.

    All but three, he is done. He will die in jail, YAY! Now Dottie needs to watch out for civil action. She knew, there is no way she didn't. "A woman knows when her husband/man is doing someone else other than her!"
