Iraqi authorities execute 6 inmates

Baghdad (CNN) - Iraqi authorities executed six inmates Monday, the nation's Justice Ministry said.

Four of them were convicted of terrorism, and two others were convicted of kidnapping and killings, the ministry said in a statement.

Despite a United Nations call for restraint, Iraqi authorities have executed dozens of inmates in recent months.

Authorities executed 11 prisoners Sunday and six others Thursday after terrorism convictions, officials said. More than 100 people have been put to death since November, according to a CNN tally.

I must take issue with this the U.N.'s call for restraint regarding the executions of these *convicted terrorists*.
Notice these inmates have had their day in court, however *just* the legal system is in Iraq at this time is not the point.
The point here, is OBL... where was his day in court? If not for 911 (which he was not charged in that crime) but for the bombing of the USS coal.
Both have been labeled *terrorists* both had opposing outcomes. Why?
