Suspected gunman's wife among those killed in Wisconsin
Zina Haughton, wife of the alleged gunman, was one of the three victims in Sunday's shooting at a Wisconsin salon.
The Waukesha County medical examiner's office released the names Monday of those killed in suburban Milwaukee: Cary Robuck, 35; Maelyn Lind, 38; and Zina Haughton, 42, of Brown Deer.
Radcliffe Haughton was found dead after he killed the three people, police said.
Four days ago, Zina Haughton took out a restraining order against her husband.

A survivor tells CNN affiliate WTMJ-TV that Zina Haughton was a hero - and saved lives.
One person wounded in Sunday's shooting has been released from the hospital, a spokeswoman for Froedtert Hospital announced Monday.
The hospital didn't identify the patient who was among seven shot by Radcliffe Haughton at the Azana Salon and Spa in Brookfield.
Of the three patients remaining in the hospital, all are in satisfactory condition, including one person whose condition was upgraded Monday from critical.

the 3 victims would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the NRA for keeping guns a "normal" part of American life.
To the NRA, those victims just represent an acceptable level of collateral damage in the fight to own as many high octane weapons as they can possibly amass. Actually, any degree of carnage would represent an acceptable level to them. The important thing is that no one takes away their right to own any kind of weapon, up to and including nuclear weapons. After all, it says all that in the 2nd amendment, doesn't it?

My condolences to the families of the dead including the killer. But you got to love the media and lawmakers, the "alleged gunman" was found along with the victims. OK, he is dead and from a self inflicted GUN wound. He's not longer the alleged gunman, HE IS THE GUNMAN! Guns kill people because nut jobs get guns! I own guns to defend myself and my family from the nut jobs who also have access to guns. Parity thank you!
He is the alleged shooter until it's investigated. This looks pretty open and shut, but they still have to investigate and figure out what happened using the evidence.
Those restraining orders are really effective aren't they.
If you want to sign your own death warrant, take out a restraining order on someone so crazy that you need to take a restraining order out on them. It's a piece of paper that tells the person to stay away from someone. If they weren't so unreasonable and crazed, there wouldn't be a need to have a judge sign an order. That type of person isn't going to obey an order like that. They will become enraged about it. It's also illegal to kill someone, but those who do it every few hours in this country, must haven't received the memo about it. Or just maybe, they don't care about such a law.

Maybe all restraining orders should be made public on a website, so the rest of us could try to avoid being around either the potential perpetrator or the potential victim.

Grow up. Even a corpse is innocent until the investigation is complete. This is how the rules work, stop expecting that you're somehow superior to them. Everyone knows he did it but rules are rules. Loser.

That's the thing with restraining orders.. only people that are afraid of the law abide by them. More needs to be done to be honest.
Fat lot of good that restraining order did her. Two of her female co-workers had to die, so he could exact his revenge on her?? I've always said, if you're going to shoot people, then yourself, do everyone a favor, and shoot yourself first...

A restraining order is only as good as the paper it's printed on, and even then one is typically only good for wiping one's bottom. When will our court system realize that issuing Restraining Orders, is a waste of time. If someone is a THREAT to someone else, or has threatened them as this man had threatened his wife, LOCK'EM UP.
