Head of Hamas military wing killed

Ahmed al-Ja'abari, head of Hamas' military wing, was killed Wednesday in Gaza by an Israeli "surgical" strike, the Israeli military announced.

A spokesman for the Hamas-run government in Gaza confirmed that al-Ja'abari was killed in an Israeli strike.  "Israel is announcing the war in Gaza and Israel will carry the responsibility for killing Ahmed Jabri," Tahar Eanono said in a written message.

Militants in Gaza have been firing dozens of rockets into southern Israel, and Israel has struck back.

The Israeli military tweeted earlier today:

It's just the begining of the war of Gog and Magog. Israel will be defeated soon.

who took the lands away from Judah and Israel? BY their own writings which do not exist before return from captivity as not Israelis but still subjects of Babylon?
From where does the Islamics say they came from and of human lineage.
For bible thumpers what is the duality of judeo christianity.
Since the version of protestismcomes even after the Islamic is it too not worthy of being?

I respect both the Israelis and the Palestinians but Palestinians aren't interested in peace unless they have Jerusalem and if possible all of Israel and which nation on Earth would like their border to be shelled daily. Ask the Turks and they will tell you how they feel when the Syrian army cross their borders

All of you that support the mentality of the "Palestinians" and radical jihadi arabs, please, do yourselves a favor. Go there!! Pack up your bags and go live amongst the animals in Gaza. If you survive that, maybe you should give Syria a try. See how these peace activists treat you there!!! You idiots are blinded by your hatred of Jews. Hate them all you want, but Jews aren't a threat to the world. They want their little sliver of land and to live there peacefully, without the constant threat of arab brutality. The islamic jihadi goal is to conquer the world. They are breeding like rabits, infesting every country, and leaving nothing but destruction in their path.

Yacine, if you are going to talk about Gog and Magog then read it properly. Israel wins! I cant believe you would make a comment on something you obviously have no clue about.

We, the average US citizens, support and love you Israel. Please be strong. Try to ignore the rudeness of the current presidential administration.

A legal reaction to Hamas launching thousands of rockets towards Israel. No country would tolerate such a situation.

For those who don't know! a lot of misslels – like 100 – has been shot over Israel from Gaza strip. The actions that Israel takes against Gaza strip is in response to those missles! In addition, 4 days ago a group of terrorists bombed a Jeep of Israel forces and injured 4 soliders.. one of them probably will be blind for the rest of his life..
so dont say that Israel start war without a reason.. there's a price for everything! and every action that Israel took (including "Oferet Yezhuka") is in response to terror attacks that Gaza strip took against Israel..

Yes, 150 missiles in four days targeting random Israeli civilians is quite a war crime. Israel is perfectly justified in going after the commander of those strikes. Hamas has chosen a path of violence, which they will most certainly come to regret.

  11. Cause and effect...

What would you do if someone wanted to steal your home away from you?
    Would you fight back?
Should we applaud that person for succeeding and then openly murdering you?
By the way, you were deemed a terrorist for fighting back before your death.

Would any of this be true if that someone never stole from you?

Israel is fighting against people who wish to steal their homes and lives. Palestinians in Gaza have no such claim. Israel left Gaza years ago and gave them whole communities and high-tech greenhouses to build an economy. But the people chose the Hamas terrorists to "lead" them.

Any person who's property was "stolen" from him/her by Israel has the rights and is encouraged to bring his/her case to the Israeli court and demand compensation. Trying ro murder as many innocent civilians as possible is not the right wat to go as the Palestinians in Gaza can certify.

"Treat others the same way you want them to treat you"

Are you sure that the Palestinians really want Israel to treat them "the same way" by indiscriminantly launching hundreds of rockets into Gaza every day? It can be arranged...

Until 1967 no Jew was allowed in the holy sites of Jerusalem. But after the 67 war Israel allowed every Arab access to their holy sites. Israel is too generous to the arabs in the west bank. As for Gaza. Like somebody wrote in another site, for every rocket they fire Israel should move the border further into Gaza. Sooner or later they will run out of land.

""Israel is announcing the war in Gaza and Israel will carry the responsibility for killing Ahmed Jabri," Tahar Eanono said in a written message.

Sounds like a bad joke. Apparently, the spokesman for the Hamas-run government in Gaza was unaware that his own government announced a war on Israel since the very first day of its (the Hamas) existence and included the official declaration of war it its Charter.

No. Israel has been killing Gazans and the Palestinians have been striking back (rather flailing) to no avail, as normal.
