Head of Hamas military wing killed

Ahmed al-Ja'abari, head of Hamas' military wing, was killed Wednesday in Gaza by an Israeli "surgical" strike, the Israeli military announced.

A spokesman for the Hamas-run government in Gaza confirmed that al-Ja'abari was killed in an Israeli strike.  "Israel is announcing the war in Gaza and Israel will carry the responsibility for killing Ahmed Jabri," Tahar Eanono said in a written message.

Militants in Gaza have been firing dozens of rockets into southern Israel, and Israel has struck back.

The Israeli military tweeted earlier today:

It is possible that the Palestinian Jesus Christ would be killed today... especially if he was surrounded by mass murderers from Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Fortunately for all of us Jesus Christ was A JEW.

Such attacks are long overdue. Hamas, Hizbollah, Iran or Muslim Brotherhood....these bunch is not after peace. They want to eliminate Israel. What do you do?....Europe has no balls to call Hizbollah a terrorist group, why?

Israel is escalation its offensive in Gaza to foil US-Iran talks and efforts to peacefully resolve the issue.
The dominant narrative always is that the Israeli invasion of Gaza is in response to rocket attacks from Gaza. That is how it is reported by US media and every American led to believe. A big lie.
Foreign M.East correspondents like John Glaser shred that lie to pieces but of course US media would do what it is told to do.

Netanyahu and his co-horts are known to always resort to an offensive in the occupied territories or try provoking Iran when their designs are frustrated or they are politically threatened at home. Or when US doesn't seem to toe their line on madness.

As a matter of fact, they did. The infamous Mufti of Jerusalem who helped forming Muslim SS units and was a personal friend of Adolf Hitler was a Palestinian Arab and an Uncle of the founder of the Palestinian nation and its first President Yasser Arafat.

lets see if this post goes thru.
from 1943 till the end of the war , dying German imperialism resulted in desperate efforts to bring their anti-semite propaganda to Arabs and spread anti-semitism. Especially to N.Africa.
This effort failed miserably. Efforts to create so called SS units among Balkan muslims and muslim POWs also weren;'t successful. N.Africa and M.East never accepted the Nazi propaganda.

Of course their efforts failed miserably... The Nazis succeeded in reducing the number of Jews in Europe by 70%. The number of Jews in the Arab countries, however, dropped by 99% since 1948 and the number of Jews living in the Palestinian-controlled areas of the West Bank and Gaza is EXACTLY ZERO. This is SUCCESS!!!

If Hamas was completely removed from the equation, there would be an independent Palestine and peace tomorrow.

I doubt it very much. If there were no Hamas there would be another organization of fanatic mass murderers. Hamas is not the first, not the last and not the only such organization. Only when the MAJORITY OF PALESTINIAN PEOPLE will realize that peace is better than war they will produce a leadership ABLE AND WILLING to stop violence, recognize Israel and NEGOTIATE a peace agreement.

An appropriate response to having rockets shot at you; Israel continues to try to protect its citizens from the actions of those who wish them harm. What country wouldn't do that?
