China gets a new leader

Xi Jinping has been named as the next boss of China's ruling Communist Party and the likely new president when Hu Jintao's term comes to an end.

    Any change in Chinese leadership is viewed with this hope by the West that the new leadership would be like them.
    Little is known of the leanings of XI the new leader.
    However as China has declared that they remained unscathed from the economic woes in US and Europe because the State runs their economy, I hardly expect any change in that policy. As also build up of their military prowess and build up of clout and influence where our policies have weakened ours.
