Report: 2 shot on sidewalk outside Florida Walmart

Two people were shot Friday while standing on a sidewalk outside a Florida Walmart, CNN affiliate WCTV reports, citing police.

Police in the state capital of Tallahassee said the two people shot, whom witnesses say were a man and a woman, suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to WCTV. It's not known what led to the gunshots, or if there are any suspects in the case.

According to the report, the shooting took place around noon and the Tallahassee Walmart was back open by 2:40 p.m. The incident took place on what's known as Black Friday, traditionally the biggest shopping day of the year.

Why should UNIONS be charged for this, mrl? If wally world would (a) treat ALL of its' workers decently (b) pay a good living wage and allow workers to be fulltime instead of piddling little 2-4 hour "shifts" a week (c) allow their workers to UNIONIZE (d) quit buying overseas, overpriced cheap JUNK for sale, it would be much better.

Why not block access to walmart? People get hurt and killed there every year.

Why would any member of a union be charged? The fight was between customers over a shopping cart. Had nothing to do with any union or union members. The person to be charged is the one who discharged a pistol/

What's With all the shootings of late!? Seems like everyother day some1 is opening fire in public places, or blowing away whole families! Have people lost their minds, not taking meds, or is it in the water!? It's happening everywhere, not just Florida! Seems some people are using guns as a problem solver or statement maker & don't care that they're killing & maiming human beings, including kids! This has to stop!! Who can I write to about this!? No1, you say! Figures!!

It should be "who" witnesses say, etc., not "whom". Typical mistake by the sloppy, illiterate CNN staff. It just keeps getting worse.

Whom is not plural. Who replaces he and whom replaces him. Yes, people were shot and reporters are paid to write. They should do it correctly.

And to think. For the next 31 days they will be praising Jesus. Just don't ask them to act like him when there is a deal.

Don't you also find it odd, that one day after giving thanks for all that we have, we run over people to get to what we don't have?
