    Re my 8:38 AM comment:
I am delighted that President Obama did not receive the implied campaign endorsement of the Rev. Billy Graham, as former Governor Mitt Romney did.

This Government has greated a debt that is not longer sustainable by its people whom bare the burden, and is well beyond the ability to function and Govern properly. Combined entitlements programs and Government compulsive overspending in defense subsidized by heavy taxation has also rendered the pupultation to become poor unhealthy and struggling with paying basic living bills. The US is banrupt and so are the people, this system will collapse in time.

    Good morning @JI-F
Are we closing in on the 'Cliff'? I sure hope so or we would see tax increases and deep cuts in spending which most certainly would send us down the recession pit.
We came to this point because no agreement was reached for deficit reduction in the past two years, thanks mainly to GOP tactics.
President Obama does seem to be sticking to his old pledge, let us see how it goes.

Tomorrow is like yesterday. There is no cliff. The repo man is comming for America, and America wants to spend 2 billion dollars a day, and doesn't want to flip the bill, cause thier bankrupt. And there is no bankruptcy court in the U.S., that can file Chapter 11 or 13 for the LARGEST corporation in America, the United States Government.

As for the fiscal cliff, they could reach a different solution that would be bi-partisan acceptable and continue the Bush tax cuts if they wanted too. They could double the amt min for ALL taxpayers and increase it from 250k to 500k joint-400k single.

And change exemptions for business income which would create an incentive for hiring. Particularly special classes.
