The Louisiana State Department of Fish and
Wildlife is advising hikers, hunters, fishermen,
and golfers to take extra precautions and keep
alert for alligators while in St. Tammany,
    Jefferson & Orleans Parish.

They advise people to wear noise-producing devices
such as "little bells" on their clothing to
alert, but not startle the alligators,
    unexpectedly.

They also advise the carrying of "pepper spray"
in case of an encounter with an alligator. It's
also a good idea to watch for fresh signs of
alligator activity and be able to recognize the
difference between young alligator and adult
    alligator droppings.

Young alligator droppings are small, contain fish
    bones and possibly bird feathers.

Adult alligators droppings have little bells in
    them and smell like pepper.

    Good morning all.
Today's news is that talks on the 'cliff' are turning sour. Surprised?
About time the American public lets M/s Boehner & Co know that we have had enough.

News today is that talks on the 'cliff' are turning sour. Surprised?
About time the American public tells M/s Boehner & co that enough is enough. But we have watched and watched this no good Congress playing the bickering among themselves game , watching out for itself only and been patient. Perhaps there is not much we can do.

A little old lady had two monkeys for years. One
day one of them died of natural causes.

In grief, the second monkey passed away two days
later. Not knowing what to do with them, she
finally decided to take them to the taxidermist
    and have them stuffed.

After telling the owner of her wishes, he asked
her, "Do you want them mounted?"

Blushing, she said, "No. holding hands will be
    fine."
