A worker at the federal courthouse in Birmingham, Alabama, shot himself in the head Thursday, the U.S. Marshals Service said.
The man walked into the chief clerk's office at the Hugo Black U.S. Federal Courthouse "mumbling about a will. He then put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger," CNN affiliate WBMA reported, citing a source inside the courthouse. The FBI confirmed the source's report, WBMA said.

Guy have an emotional breakdown from divorce?, separation?, breakup?, child custody?, job lose?. Sad to see good deputy officer lost of life from suicide because person have great potential as hero to save and protect lives. This guy have a "different security entrance that has a different screening process" which means city police officer, Marshall, uncover cop, or a county sheriff.
So many to pray for!! The innocents who were taken without reason, the friends and loved ones who are left behind and are so desparately trying to make some kind of sense out of all of this. My heart aches and my prayers are with you all!!! And even for the killers for their sickness and state of mind that would allow anyone to commit such horrendous acts against innocents, I can only put this all into God's hands –

Good – at least he did himself in didn't harm anyone else. I wish more of these crazies like Lanza would just off themselves in their mother's basement instead of feeling the need to harm others.
