New investigation into Amy Winehouse death announced

There will be a new investigation into what caused the death of singer Amy Winehouse, government officials in Britain are saying today.

London's Camden Council says the coroner who performed the original investigation into Winehouse's death did not have proper credentials and has been suspended.

There had been speculation that the case would be reopened after the coroner who conducted the investigation resigned in February.

A new investigation into the death will begin on January 8, reports CNN's Richard Allen Greene from London.

Winehouse died in July 2011. She was 27 years old.

She had a tremendous voice, but what will another investigatin find?
Are they going to do another autopsy, or just run another tox screen?
Do they suspect she was murdered?
It will not bring her back.

It may have an impact on insurance coverage and other financial matters like that for starters.

There were too many of the wrong people around her, manipulating her life, and she was alone, uncomforted, when noone should have to be so alone. She should have had a long and happy life.

Am I missing something here? I remember the inquiry into her death, and I lamented over the loss of someone so young & talented by her own hand. She's still dead, died in disgrace, and a new inquiry isn't going to change that fact that she drank herself to death. She's gone. Let her go.

While your sentiments ring true for the most part there is still legal matters of her estate. She made a lot of money and if people pop up later and say they are relatives and she was murdered or poisoned...or what ever you still have to do a legal autopsy to quell the greedy.

People should save their concern for human beings, rather than junkies.

She could sing couldn't she? I'm dancing all over my house right now. A great diversion from the sad news that we have been reading. Who were those Black Men that backed her up? They were right on time too. Miss them all.

May you continue rot in your grave, for being a non role model for the youth of the World. Your music was nice, but as human being that way you lived your life was shameful and disgusting.

certainly like your web-site however you need to check the spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the truth then again I will definitely come back again.
