Philippine legislators pass birth-control bill

Legislators in the Philippines have passed a birth-control bill that will open the door for free contraceptives and government-funded sex education.

Voting for the legislation was carried live on CNN affiliate ABS-CNN in the Philippines.

The bill was strongly opposed by the Catholic Church. It awaits the signature of President Benigno Aquino III to become law.

Even aligaters in Florida's everglades suffer from gender confusion traced to powerful estrogens humans dump down toilets and into waterways. (not just fish from aroud the world)
Before powerful pharmaceuticals became so popular in the USA, there was no gender confusion.
Gender confusion is NOT natural. It is manmade. And that's a fact.

For a fact there is a sun and there is a moon. Neither are manmade. Get a clue.
Now, imagine a fetus swimming in the undiluted waters of a mothers womb...the confusion caused is evident.
Who here fails to see a mother addicted to crack cocaine when you visit the premature crackbaby ward at most any inner city hospital? Crackbabies aren't just born that way, they are made that way by their own parents.
Big Monsters make little monsters. Even premature ones. Even ones suffering from prenatal hypertension.

  5. For the record

Those weren't hom ose xuals President Obama and virtually all Christians claim died at Sodom and Gomorrah.
Those were people who enjoyed anal se x, both men and women...and their children died too. (where the english word 'sodomite' came from)

If it's so "natural", then why is it that het erose xuals don't have a closet they can hide in if they want?

It is disgusting the way US "christian" citizens have treated gay people these past 100 years. From 1960s government propaganda TV infomercials claiming hom ose xual men were mentally re tar ded boy stalkers, to the hate crimes of today perpetrated by dumb-ass "christians" claiming God destroyed hom ose xuals at Sodom and Gomorrah.
Get it straight: Gays were in fact "born that way", gender confused. Sheesh!

How did this become about Gays? I never head of Gay couples having problems with unwanted pregnancies. how many young Filipinas are working instead of getting an education because they have a child to support? If you can't control young people's behaviour, at least arm them with sufficient protection to avoid harming themselves permanently. I give credit to the Politicians who voted to do the right thing. Name one successful country whose politics are run by a Religious organization! Anyone? Anyone? Bueler?
