Russia's Putin signs anti-U.S. adoption bill

President Vladimir Putin signed a controversial measure banning the adoption of Russian children by U.S. families, the Kremlin said Friday.

The action could affect hundreds of American families seeking to adopt. Americans adopted close to 1,000 Russian children last year, according to U.S. State Department figures.

Russia's population is in decline. Putin needs to grow, not export, the inventory of new peasants.
China, however, is happy to send you all the girls you can use.

Ghandi once tried to bring peace between Hindu and Islamics by having the each adopt the other groups orphand child.
What say we have all yhe americans adopt a child fom Iraq and then we would see how quickly the view of depleted uranium as being harless would change.
For the mother and fatherless in Afghanistan since bin ladin left and all those in Iraq who never were a threat to US, let those who adopt then explain why their real mom and dad had to die.

Personnally speaking, if you have good in your heart and you wanta adopt children from another country then you should adopt kids from Africa! There are a great deal more kids there that are starving to death and they are not having a very good life. Also start in your own country first. We need to stop the foster care "BUSINESS". And thats usually what it is. A business.

That is likely Obama's motive in signing the Magnitsky Act, which imposes U.S. travel and financial restrictions on human rights abusers in Russia. He can prevent the influx of white european babies from entering the US and thus, further erode the white majority.

We have so many little American chidlren in orphanages or foster homes waiting for a loving mommie and daddy and Americans would rather go into another country? What is that all about? Being an American should warrant one to choose an American child over any other. Does anyone out there understand this?
