10:00 am ET - House lawmakers read Constitution - Two years ago, House lawmakers from both sides of the aisle came together to read the U.S. Constitution aloud for the first time in the House chamber.  Today, lawmakers will do so again.

4:00 pm ET - Gun policy recommendations briefing - A two-day gun policy summit in Baltimore, Maryland, concludes with the release of recommendations on U.S. gun policy to the public.

Time TBA - Sandy relief aid vote - House lawmakers are expected to vote today on the remaining $51 billion of aid intended for victims of Superstorm Sandy.
