Doctors: Comatose Israeli ex-PM Ariel Sharon showing 'significant brain activity'

Doctors in Israel said Monday that they had detected "significant brain activity" during tests on former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who has been in a coma since he suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2006.

The tests on Sharon were carried out late last week by brain scientists, the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev said in a statement.

Since Ariel Sharon is showing significant brain activity, maybe when he dies, they can transplant that brain activity into the head of Netanyahu. He seems to need all the help he can get.

It would be something if he actually awoke from the state he is in. It can happen and does. It would help Israel if his ideas were to be implemented.

This is news as 'significant brain activity' even in the walking leadership there is usually non existent.

    Good morning saywhat

I'm hoping due to the results of their recent elections, that Netanyahu will be forced into a more moderate position. With his not being able to bully our government and seeing his people want a more moderate tone, it could bode well for the advancement of peace there, regardless if he wants it or not. One can only hope.
