Shiites protest bombing by not burying dead

Shiite Muslims in the Pakistani city of Quetta are refusing to bury scores of people killed in a devastating weekend bombing until authorities respond to their demands to take military action against the Sunni extremists behind the attack.

The macabre protest is an expression of the anger and frustration among Shiites in the southwestern province of Balochistan, whose capital is Quetta, over the government's failure to shield them from a series of bloody sectarian attacks in recent months.

The outlawed Sunni militant group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has said it carried out the attack Saturday in Quetta in which police say a suicide bomber rammed a water tanker laden with explosives into a crowded marketplace, setting off a huge blast that killed more than 80 people and wounded at least 180 others.

Some infidels doubt that Islam is a religion of peace. Here is the proof that Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance. Mohammed was a man of peace who lead by example. Muslims always religiously follow exactly what Mohammad said or did. This act of compassionate genocide proves that all Muslims love and piously practice peace, Quran is a book of peace, and Mohammed was a man of peace. Ameen.

The 80 people who died would disagree with you.

Disagreement or disbelief has no place in Islam.

Disagreement? Islam demands complete submission. Any disagreement is answered by either beheading or a bomb. Take your pick. So, what's it gonna be?

@candi - Of course not. Sunni Pakistanis consider Shia people infidels. Infidels deserves neither respect and nor mercy - please read the Koran. Watch out - Those who say "unbelievable" are considered infidels. If you do not believe, you will be given no mercy and no respect.

@CANDI - It seems so. Sunni Pakistani tried to get their point across to 100 Shia people in January of this year. But the Shia people did not get the point. So, Sunni Pakistanis tried again in February to get their point across to 84 more Shia people. If their point did not get across, the Sunni people will try again. Sunni Pakistanis are very persistent and hard working people, they will try and try again. Koran inspires them to never give up.

@muhammad, you are saying that these bombings which were done by LeJ are okay and they must continue it? No matter how many innocent lives are gone ?

@Shauzab – No, I am not saying that at all, you ignorant one. Who am I to tell Muslims what to do? My opinion is not important.
True Muslims are doing exactly what Mohammed and Koran told them to do, inspired directly by Allah. Let Muslims strictly follow the path revealed by Mohammed. Let Muslims do what Koran said is the right thing to do. Ameen.
