Pope accepts cardinal's resignation

I will never give up on my God but I am seriously consideing giving up on the Catholic Church. It never stops and the church just hides it or denies it and our priests won't speak of it.

    @ Guy:
The Roman Catholic Church is not the only Christian denomination. The Episcopal Church has a similar liturgy, dignified services, very educated priests, and tremendous honesty.

@Joey and Guy, All religions can be found guilty it's only when God has completed the installation of his government that there will be a true religion. Morning Joey 🙂

Pedofiilia has no specific religion. But as a former catholic @ Guy, i can certainly empathize with your feelings. And as human beings we are always looking for where to place the blame however, especially in this instance we only have suposition to go on and no actual facts. We would be better off working to fix the problem than trying to find out whose fault it is.

@Chrissy, I know, you have quoted that passage many times. It is only when we look to ourselves first will we make this world less troublesome. Hard to live under Satan's system but it can be done. @ banasy, not one article will change facts. Good morning to you as well.

    Good morning all.
It stands to reason that all this was rampant in the Church always but now we get to hear of it .
Surely the religion itself is not to be blamed?

I would have to think of rewording that statement @ saywhat Ever since people who were fortunate to here the good news that Paul had, people kept cherry picking what they liked, then started twisting Gods word when translating the old and new test imates. Going so far as to leaving the vast majority out to the loop, *the uneducated* , sound familiar ?

    Hi, BOMBO,
Probably because it is his brother...unless you think that this sort of behavior runs in the family.
