Bailey O'Neill's parents just wanted him to see his 12th birthday.
The next day, they took him off life support.
The fatal injuries that led to Bailey's death Sunday were the tragic consequences of bullying at school, his parents say.
But Philadelphia-area detectives are still investigating whether the incident was, in fact, bullying or an altercation on the playground.

Parents say almost 200 of their children have been killed by illegal drone strikes. 1 in 3 Pakistan Drone Strikes and 1 in 7 of all CIA Drone Strikes Kills a Child , More Than 168 Children Killed in America’s Drone War in Pakistan.
So I see now .......a drone strike killed this boy in philly, huh? This is your reply to this artical?
So whats the difference between an altercation on the playground and bullying? And i get what your saying revnow but this aint exactly the same thing.
My point is that while the MSM speaks of one tragic death of a child here at home, the many deaths our gov't is responsible for abroad is never mentioned. The MSM biased reporting on children's death and their reasons why is appalling. Thousands of children die each day and they choose one child's story about playground bullying?
