Lawyer: Client will plead not guilty to slapping child during flight

The Idaho man accused of slapping a crying 19-month-old boy on a commercial airline flight will plead not guilty, attorney Marcia Shein said.

Joe Rickey Hundley, who is charged with assaulting a minor, is scheduled to appear in a federal courthouse in Atlanta Wednesday.

    How can this clown and his lawyer think he can plead not guilty when there was a plane full of witnesses that saw him do it? They should throw the book at him just for being that stupid on top of everything he did!
