MLB sues Florida clinic, accuses it of supplying banned drugs to players

Major League Baseball filed a lawsuit Friday seeking damages against the South Florida clinic Biogenesis of America and its operator, Anthony Bosch, for allegedly providing performance-enhancing drugs to players, the pro sports league said.

According to reports and the MLB suit, filed in state court in Florida's Miami-Dade County, the clinic reportedly supplied banned performance-enhancing substances to a number of current and former pro baseball players such as ex-Boston Red Sox Manny Ramirez.

And what is the purpose of this???? Say MLB wins. Does every player who is clean get some $? Will ticket prices go down? WHAT???

I don't understand the purpose, either...I'm all for stopping illegal doping, but I am not sure how MLB suing this clinic is going to achieve that.

I don't think that's hair. More like dyed woven hemp attached to his cap.

Why don't they sue the players who choose to seak it out instead? All this is going to do is force them to get the steriods somewhere else.

The use of steroids, GH, and other agents, in my opinion, will not be stopped.
If it stops, Israel may, on the very same day, give back 50% of its land to Palestinians for the establishment of a fully independent, sovereign nation.
