4 arrested in rapes of Gaza-bound aid workers

Four suspects have been arrested in Benghazi, Libya, following the alleged rape and kidnapping of two British-Pakistani women who were part of an aid convoy bound for Gaza, the Libyan Ministry of Interior said Thursday.

    How do people justify this type of behavior!? Why do humans have to be so vile & do the worst instead of the best, toward 1another!? Not only is this behavior vile & destructive, it's been ongoing in war/military situations since war began!!
