Its the right thing to do.
He's insane, giving him life in a psychiatric hospital would be far less inexpensive.
Far less inexpensive = far more expensive
Death is the only appropriate penalty.
@ Mr. Dalloway, he didnt claim insanity as his defence. In fact he refused a physchatric eval uation so a death sentence is the right thing.
I consider Mr. Holmes's offer to plead guilty in order to avoid a death penalty a strong indication of good mental fitness.
I would have to agree with that, JIF.
Agree@JI-F &@chrissy.
There is an old song with a lyric that is apropos to this case: "If a man ever needed dying he did."
Shamefully,we are becoming more like mexico & canada.no. This animal will not get the death penalty.sorry
@toaday.no
@ Toady, this young man has shown everyone that he has no remorse for his actions. In fact hes very proud of what he did. So yes he needs the maximum sentence, which is the death penalty!
@ Toady:
You have to be a troll.
If this guy gets a Hinckley type verdict after a long trial, the prosecutors are going to look like idiots.
Yes joey he was. He has been deleted for the betterment of all.
I am SUPER BLOGGER.
ZAP!
A death penalty trial is very expensive and the sentence takes years to carry out. Tax payers and society would be better served by accepting his plea and quietly outing him away for life
That's "put him away for life!"
James Holmes- "Your Done!"
