Soldier held in Fort Knox shooting

A soldier has been detained for questioning in Wednesday's shooting death of a civilian employee at Fort Knox, Kentucky, according to a news release from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command.

The soldier, who was assigned to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, was captured in Tennessee.

    Isnt Fort Knox in Kentucky? If so, and this character is in Tennesee then chances are hes running for a reason.

    This soldier therefore can take that plea, relying on both State & DOD to back him up as they usually take that plea.
