intoxicated drivers are always a danger...mixing pain with anxiety meds is bad topping that off with alcohol is even worst! impairs judgement, driving, tasks, and alertness...thanks to MADD organization their outcry and reminder take not to take this kind of behavior lightly...another reason not to legalize smoking marijuana and its intoxications...

You are a TROLL and know nothing of cannabis. It can impair, however it isn't even comparable to alcohol, yet uninformed people who still just believe in the government "patriots" not the people. Anyone who is against people rights to whatever they choose is someone who should just keep themselves to a very simple lonely life and let the rest of us LIKE HERE IN COLORADO PASS OUR LAWS LIKE THE BOSSES WE ARE

It's too bad that this didnt happen in hollywood, he would have been free to go, and the victims family ordered to pay him for the inconvenience of having killed someone.
