How many "enemies of the State" were committed to that hospital?
Right? And how is it that the fire was so fast that it appears none of the patients were able to escape? Were they in restraints??
Reports are saying that is was likely that the patients were heavily sedated when the fire broke out @ banasy
The report I just read said that about half of the patients took sedatives, and none were so heavily sedated that they could not escape. Most were burned alive, poor souls.
