Abortion doctor guilty of murder
A jury Monday found a Philadelphia abortion provider guilty of three counts of first-degree murder.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, was accused of killing babies by using scissors to cut their spinal cords. Authorities alleged that some of the infants were born alive and viable during the sixth, seventh and eighth months of pregnancy.
Monday's first-degree murder conviction means Gosnell, who is not a board-certified obstetrician or gynecologist, could be sentenced to death.
Gosnell also was accused in the death of Karnamaya Mongar, 41, who died of an anesthetic overdose during a second-trimester abortion at his West Philadelphia clinic. In that case, the jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Gosnell was also found guilty of 21 counts of abortion of the unborn, 24 weeks or older.
In Pennsylvania, abortions past 24 weeks are illegal unless the health of the mother is at stake.

Doctor Gosnell assisted many disadvantaged women with their reproductive rights under arduous circumstances. He is being discriminated against by elitists and rashial prejudice. Our president supports late term terminated pregnancies for post natal unwanted pregnancies and elitists should not get between a woman who wants to terminate her baby and her treating physician. Our president will grant you clemency, Doctor Gosnell! Women's Reproductive RIGHTS!

the silence is because the liberals can't defend their socialist brown shirt known as Obama anymore. All those accusations they threw at conservatives, the Tea Party, republicans and Bush are slapping them in the face right now. You should know by now that if a liberal's lips are moving they are lieing and if a liberal points a finger a guilty conscience is attached to that finger. Where I come from 3 felonies = life in prison and treason carries the death penalty. So the entire Obama administration belongs in prison, Obama should be exiled and Hillary is guilty of treason.

While I'm opposed to abortion, in favor of birth control, but despise the idea of unwanted or parentless foster children living in poverty. What's the solution, if there is one?
people are generally want to be healthy and want the eco-system to be healthy...natural family planning is the answer...the only method I know that reverence the dignity of the child and the woman and out planet...those hormonal medicants do not degrade and pollute the waterways...this also happen with guys using testosterone supplements...these are pollutants...self gratification comes a a high price...

what gosnell did in his office is what obama and his administration are doing: nationalizing full-term atrocities across america as legitimate benefit...these clinic have no health standards, not regulated, provider of these service don't need to be on-call, providers of these service don't have to be affiliated with any hospital, provider aren't even credentialed...it is a legalized butcher chop...these rogue individuals put on a suit or a dress and get before the camera and congress...and behave as if it's bonafide...people wake up...unregulated surgical procedure killing babies and NOT regulated...this is a HOTBED story and the media sat onnit and keppit on the down

In 2001, in response to nurse Jill Stanek's tale of a Down's Syndrome baby born alive Obama argued in the Illinois State Senate that a baby who survived a late-term abortion should have been killed, in deference to what Obama argued was a woman’s absolute right to an abortion, such that no restriction must be placed on the right of a mother to abort her child. Fact.
