U.S. urges Russia to expel Snowden

Washington is urging Moscow to send Edward Snowden back to the United States instead of letting him fly to Ecuador for asylum.

"We expect the Russian government to look at all options available to expel Mr. Snowden back to the U.S. to face justice for the crimes with which he is charged," U.S. National Security Council spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden said early Monday.

And for those here and elsewhere who are always trumpeting the terrorism lame duck excuse for justifying this outrage, it was in 1975 that a lawyer L.Britt Snider had first exposed massive surveillance of Americans by NSA. Its not just a post 9/11 phenomenon. That was used to further expand the violation of Bill of Rights.

@saywhat,banasy,good afternoon all..Sad day it is to see such young guys, gals cut down in their prime by something that's been around for ions, fire!!!My condolences to these fine 19 firefighters who fought gallantly against mother nature and perished...It's a shame with all this modern equipment today men still fight fires with just simple things as fire hoses,shovels..Again my thoughts and prayers go out to these courageous men, women and their families that went out doing what they loved, fighting fires to help others !!!
