Cold as it sounds, fortunately it was the owner-operator that decapitated himself instead of killing some completely innocent third party. This could've flown into traffic, into a building, into a soccer game of kids. To permit a machine of whirling metal blades to operate in a densely populated area is irresponsible. It's like a lawnmower with no overcarriage flying around, where it will land nobody knows. Irresponsible.
Not me @ 11:04. Tis the same person that posts the spamacrap!
That is horrible. People really need to practice better safety when using high powered RC toys. They really can be dangerous. For rc boating which is my personal hobby I follow this: http://blog.remotorboater.com/2014/02/safety-while-rc-boating.html and the instruction manual to try to keep myself and boat free from harm
