U.N. report: Abuses on both sides of Syrian civil war

A new United Nations report affirms that both sides in the Syrian civil war have committed grave crimes in violation of international law.

Government forces continue to attack civilian populations in what amounts to crimes against humanity, says the report by the U.N. Human Rights Council, which was released Wednesday.

But anti-government groups, in their fight against President Bashar al-Assad, have themselves committed war crimes, including murder, torture and hostage-taking, the report states.

As the fighting rages, "it is civilians who continue to pay the price for the failure to negotiate an end to this conflict," the agency said in a prepared statement.

As you have always been respectful when bringing up my name, even if it's in error, there is nothing to forgive, my friend.

America has become so divided that they can't objectively see both sides.
Your President has shown weakness and lacked leadership , Congress and Senate stayed on holidays , that is what the world has seen and those are some of the many reasons Western leaders and people have lost trust in America as we once knew it.
The Brits at once had a session in parliament and put it to a vote which resulted withdrawing support for Obama and was the turning point to not take immediate action against Syria.
Syria is a secular state and the initial uprising was warranted but unfortunately terrorists and the Muslim Brotherhood hijacked it for their own gains.
As for the chemical weapons , where are the facts and evidence who actually used them..!!!

Did you really read my post or perhaps you didn't understand it.
I am talking about a current event and as I see it .
I suggest you tune into some European and other World News agencies to get the real news , they have to adhere far more to the facts without the spin doctoring you allow in your news media.
Also, it is much better to learn to disagree with other opinions without being rude.
