Road rage baby killer sentenced to death
A Beijing man who snatched a baby from a pram and hurled it to its death in an argument over a parking space was Wednesday sentenced to death by a Beijing court, according to court documents.
Han Lei, 39, was charged with intentional homicide over the death of the two-year-old girl who died in hospital from brain damage 50 hours after being dashed to the pavement in the Daxing District of Beijing on July 23.

OMG! What a freakin monster! Im surprised the judge didnt shoot him right there in the courtroom.
The punishment fits the crime and the courts did not take their own sweet time to try, convict, and sentence him. Refreshing change when dealing with any justice system. IMPRESSIVE!

I see that my post was deleted. I will repeat: this man deserves his fate. Good.
This murderer appears to be so cruel that death is the only appropriate punishment, but his crime was so outrageous that he may just be mentally ill. In the latter case, he is too dangerous to keep alive, as well as a waste of food and living space. He also adds to global warming.
In America, this man would have probably gotten the charge down to 2nd degree manslaughter and would have been out in 12 years.
In the United States the baby would have been blamed for the murder and the killer would have been sent to club med and all the bleeding hearts would be cheering his rights.

Ah, in this case I'm favorably impressed with Chinese justice. They got to trial and verdict in only a couple of months.
I am glad to see justice I still can't imagine why a human would do such a devilish act. Again shows people. Can be possessed .
