Police had a man who is suspected of killing a Catholic priest in his California rectory in custody, but they let him go.
It was mere hours before the slaying of the Rev. Eric Freed that an odd-acting Gary Lee Bullock had been in custody for public intoxication. On New Year's Eve, Humboldt County sheriff's deputies had responded to reports that a person was "acting strangely" and arrested Bullock, taking him to jail. But Bullock, police said, was "rejected" from the facility "due to his erratic behavior."

this erratic behavior prisoner should not have been put back on the streets but sent to the nearest mental health facility...what kinner health care services is this jail providing? What??? you only hold healthy prisoners? Sheriff dept should be held liable for this citizen's death...

I was referring to an article i mentioned in one of my posts which seems to have been deleted.
And also i'm guilty of sometimes digressing by putting in pieces of news that matter and don't appear on our 'free' M.S media.
@ saywhat, pretty much everything these senators and representatives do these days is not acceptable. In fact we would probably be hard pressed to find ANYTHING that IS acceptable!
